We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your computer monitor will match the actual products.

Every piece is meticulously handcrafted, which gives each item its own unique charm. Because of this artisanal process, you might notice subtle imperfections, such as a slight ghosting effect at the top or bottom, or the presence of seam lines. These characteristics are a natural part of handmade items. Additionally, due to the design wrapping around the product, achieving a flawless appearance can be challenging. The patterns may vary at the edges, creating a distinctive look where the ends come together in the center. Embracing these variations is part of appreciating the beauty of handcrafted craftsmanship.

Your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority! If your item arrives damaged, we have a friendly 7-day exchange policy. Simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will be happy to help you exchange it for the same item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original packaging. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to email photos before we approve the exchange. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions that include your return authorization number and the next steps to follow. Please note that items returned without first requesting an exchange cannot be accepted.

**Received the Wrong Item?**

We do our best to ensure that every order is perfect, but occasionally mistakes happen.
